Accomplishments
Since 2003, Hayat Clinic has been a community-based initiative with no other source of funding. Serving the underprivileged and uninsured community on the Northside of Chicago. Nearly 40,000 patient visits have been served since 2003. More than 30 physicians/volunteers providing services. Medical and surgical services consultations are provided free of cost.

Hayat Clinic opened its doors in the heart of the immigrant community on the North Side of Chicago.
We serve the West Ridge and Rogers Park neighborhoods. The Rogers Park neighborhood is among the most diverse communities in the United States.
Medical Care for All Ages
Medical and surgical services consultations are provided free of cost.

Free primary care and management of chronic conditions like high blood pressure and diabetes
No Medical Insurance Required
Hayat Clinic welcomes patients regardless of their medicinal insurance status.
